I created and scaled the UK’s first large-scale bus-based real ale festival format, which has become a hallmark of business growth in the hospitality sector. It began as a bold idea aimed at revitalizing village pubs in Wales and evolved into a national multi-event operation spanning Wales, England, and Aberdeen, accommodating up to 800 people per event and attracting tens of thousands over the years. This initiative is part festival, part pilgrimage, and part glorious day out, fostering packed pubs, thriving villages, and loyal customers. It has evolved into a much-loved institution thanks to a well-crafted marketing strategy.
